DAX query to categorize user under a specific group based on a specific location

Hi All,

I have two columns User and Region, I want to create a custom column that can categorize the data under specific column called 'group' as highlighted in Blue.

so basically I should have allusers categorized in two groups Emea@test.com and Eu@test.com

I want to write a DAX which can categorize the below data in column 'Group' .Please suggest if this can be handled using any DAX..

Expected result :-

User Region      Group
A  EMEA Emea@test.com
B  EMEA Emea@test.com
C  EMEA Emea@test.com
D  EMEA Emea@test.com
E EUROPE Eu@test.com
F EUROPE Eu@test.com
G EUROPE Eu@test.com

Input source :-

User  Region
A  EMEA
B  EMEA
C  EMEA
D  EMEA
E EUROPE
F EUROPE
G EUROPE

Hi, @deb_power123

I am not sure if I understood your question correctly, but please check the below picture and the formula for creating a new column.

Group CC =
SWITCH ( 'Table'[ Region], "EMEA", "Emea@test.com", "EUROPE", "Eu@test.com" )
