DAX if with contains no specific text

Hi all,
still new to this DAX language even I do understand more and more day by day I feel still often lost.

Probably for most of you guys it is very easy to solve my following question.

I want to get a value if a column contains text - any text no specific.

i started like this:

if(

search(

"part of text";table[column]);1;0)

The pic below shows this sort of text i have as condition...

Unbenannt11.PNG

but unfortunately ans "error".

Would be nice if anyone can help me out.. even u may laugh about it..

cheers, bb

Hello Nathaniel C.,

thanks for your quick reply and right answer.

For me following Formula made it the way I could work with.

=if(iserror(value('Plätze1'[ARTID]));1;0)

Sorry for late reply but just started working now and had to modify to make it suitable.

Cheers and still a nice day!!
