DAX formula for number of 'open' rows bases on start and enddate in Power BI for every quarter

Hello,

I am looking for a solution to this problem. I have a table which has Startdate and Enddate for tickets in a system. The Enddate is related to my date table. I want to calculate the number of rows that were open by the end of every quarter, however I cannot get it to work. 

The dataset is renewed with up to date data every once is a while, so its not like I can count the blank 'enddates' in any given export. It's one table that shows when a ticket was opened, and when it was closed. 

Can anyone help me with this?
