DAX Sum of Distinct Value with an extra dimension

Hi Guys

I need help to the issue below. I have some data where I want to calculate the Profit ratio on each distinct value of unique_id + line_number AND ONLY where the Amount sums to 0. Se examble.

Hope it makes sense! I it not a possibility to reshape data, because I need alle the transactions.
