DAX SLA Calculation - Multiple Countries, different weekends and holidays

Hello experts, I have a complex scenario here, I need to calculate SLA using DAX for tickets related to different countries. I have 3 data tables- tickets data, weekly off, and Holidays. I can create/modify DATE dimension as required to acheive this. 

I need to calculate "Business hours to close" considering all countries have working hours from 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM. Please refer to below screenshot for sample data.

If required, I can change the strcuture of Weekend table by moving DayName1 and DayName2 columns to rows instead of columns.

I am able to do in Excel with the help of NETWORKDAYS.INTL and other formulaes.

Any help/ suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
