DAX Measure not subtotaling

I've created a custom measure called "Turn Ratio" but it does not work for totals and subtotals. What am I doing wrong?

PU&SO = [Pickups] + [Deliveries]
Turn Ratio = ( DIVIDE( (DIVIDE([PU&SO], (SELECTEDVALUE(Stop[Total trailers])))), [Count Weeks]))
