Hi all,
I would like to pull a data from Matrix visual to data field.
Is that possible?
For eg: This is my Matrix table.
and
This is my table in data field.
Part Number is a field which is common in both.
I would like to Lookup "BAU: DDMRP in scope process" from matrix visual to "New Buffer profile" .
Is that possible?
If so, can I please know how to do it?
Any help is appreciated!
Thank you!

Hi,
As far as I’m concerned, the only solution is to use the “Export data” in the desktop to export the value in the matrix into the format of CSV:
Then you can go to the Power Query to add the CSV as the data source to be combined into the original dataset:
Then you can ues the “Merge query” function in the Power Query to add the column “BAU: DDMRP In Scope Process” to the dataset and change the column name to "New Buffer profile"
And you can get what you want.
Thank you very much!

Hi,
Unfortunately, you can't refecence visuals with DAX so what you are describing is not possible. However, you can create a calculated column with the same filter condition as with your table, but I for that you should specify your goals a bit more e.g. "I am trying to calculate BAU: DDMRP in context X".

@Anonymous , You can not bring column from visual to table , You can bring from table to table
refer 4 ways to copy data from one table to another
