Hi
I'm making a table, where one of the KPI's i want to show needs to be the individual persons impact of the total amount.
Ex.
in the table below i need to as shown calcutale Person 1's Talk time minus the total talk time
it's quite easy in excel, but have been giving me a hard time in Power BI.
B | C | D | E | F | |
3 | Calls | Talk time | ATT | What I need | |
4 | Person 1 | 10 | 2200 | 220 | Talk time person1 - Sum(Talk time All) |
5 | Person 2 | 15 | 2700 | 180 | Talk time person2 - Sum(Talk time All) |
6 | Person 3 | 20 | 4100 | 205 | Talk time person3 - Sum(Talk time All) |
My final goal should be a like this: (SUM(D4:D6)/SUM(C4:C6))-(((SUM(D4:D6)-D4)+(C4*190))/SUM(C4:C6))
The idea is to see what the individual impact is of total ATT if talk time where 190
Hope you can help 🙂
@Anonymous
Try this measure
Time_ =
VAR _CALLS =
CALCULATE(SUM('Table'[Calls]),ALL('Table'))
VAR _TALKTIME =
CALCULATE(SUM('Table'[Talk time]),ALL('Table'))
RETURN
DIVIDE(
_TALKTIME,
_CALLS
)
-
DIVIDE(
(_TALKTIME - MAX('Table'[Talk time])) + (MAX('Table'[Calls])*190),
_CALLS
)
