DAX Help: Measure to calculate total sales on specific year

Hi, first off apologies because i am a complete noob with DAX (slowly learning though). 

I am trying to write a mesure that calculates the net fee where academic year = 2021. Something similar to a SUMIF in excel. The below script im trying to use however is returning blank. Any help much appreciated.

There's not enough info here to help you.  We need to see some data, the model/relationships and a definition of [NetValue] at the least.
