DAX Formula help

I want to find the following.  How many qty is having end date later than start date (% behind the end date) – Quickly point out which qty is behind with deliveries. How to achieve this via DAX and how to show this as a bar graph

 data format is as below

Start date	End Date		Ordered QUANTITY	Reserved Qty
01/03/2021	16/08/2021		2000	2000
01/03/2021	16/08/2021		4000	3000
02/03/2021	01/11/2021		24000	24000
01/03/2021	03/04/2023		9000	5000
01/03/2021	03/04/2023		15000	15000
01/03/2021	03/04/2023		18000	18000

I'm afraid all the end dates are later than their corresponding start dates.
