DAX : Copy the content of a row into another row

Hello,

Wondering if it is possible with DAX to copy the content of a row into another row. For example below :

I would like the whole content of the second row (Feb 2023) to be copied on Mar-2023.

It would only be possible for me to do it through a measure creation (with DAX) as my current system doesn't allow to create or modify tables/columns.

you need the march 2023 value. perhaps you can use a date dimensional table for it?

can you show the underlaying data model please?

Unfortunately, the data model is unaccessible on my side because it is stored in a distant server of my company (Azure). I also can't create or modify any table / column.
