Currency Conversion rate + Sum
Hi,
I'm sure this may be confusing so i've shared a bit of an overview in excel. The field i'm trying to replicate in DAX is [Generated Fees] in Table 1. I need to match both [Location - Country] + [Start date] in table 1 between [Location - Country] Table 2 & also the correct date range (that falls between) [Date from] & [Date to] within that table also.
Assuming that the below image would return a £0.50 exchange rate for the class in Egypt.
I'd then like to take this exchange rate.. And using a match between [SiteStreamID] in table 1 & Table 3 to return a total of Sum [Fees] Table 3 (which is in local currency) ready converted in table 1.. Finally giving me the [Generated Fees (GBP)] field populated.
In this instance below: Generated Fees would = (Sum of fees) 20 * 0.5 (exchange rate for Jan 2020) = £10
my god i hope this makes sense to someone. Thanks in advance guys.
