I have a Tabular Model that limits me to just using measures. I do not have access to change the tabular model.
I have a Total Scheduled Visit tabular measure. This is a count of [CallResultID] if [CallResultID] = 1 or 19 This is filtered by a date slicer on my report.
I have Total Actual Visits. This is also filtered by the date slicer on the report.
Date Slicer on the report is a Relative Date.
I need to show Canceled Visit as of Today. This would be Total Scheduled Visits as of today(for current month) minus Total Actual Visits. I can edit interaction so that this chart isn't filtered by the date slicer if necessary.
Visits get scheduled for the month and they either actually happen or they don't.
Right now, my canceld visits included visits that are in the future that haven't happened yet and I don't want to include those so I need a way to only count scheduled visits from the 1st of the month to the current day and then subtract the actual visits that have happened.
@amitchandak Thanks for the response. I will check out your suggestion when I get a chance. Business has moved on from this need for the time being.

If this does not help
Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
