Cumulative total starting from today

Hello,

I would like to calculate cumulative sum of forecast_values starting from today. The first value has to be of today, the second - of tomorrow and so on.
The sum has to reset at the end of each finincial year, i.e. 31st March.

I use the below measure, but I do not know what is the best way to introduce the today's condition:

measure = CALCULATE(SUM(table[forecast_values]),  DATESYTD(table[date], "31/03"))

try like:

measure =
CALCULATE(
    SUM(table[forecast_values]),         DATESYTD(table[date], "31/03"),
    table[date]>=TODAY()
)
