Cumulative Sum and Rest between 2 dates

i Dont know if is possible to do this but i have this matter that i want to reach i need to know how many of a flag # where "active" by Day, i have 3 columns of info

my goal is to know fo explample how many was open the day 01/01/21, the reference is : all them that where add on bebefore 01/01/21 less the ones that was also removed before that date are the ones "actives",  i need to use both add and remove dates on for make it work, and plus have a calendar relationship between those 2 for help me to show that calculation on a time like, i've triying everything but nothing looks to work here some example 

 

combination = IF('AccountFlagsAll'[impound] = 1, +1 , IF('AccountFlagsAll'[Added On] <> 'AccountFlagsAll'[Added On],+1,IF('AccountFlagsAll'[Removed On] = ' AccountFlagsAll'[Added On],-1,0)))
