Creating a slicer out of a filtered table

I have a table visual that shows me a list of rows that satisfy 2-3 slicers on the page.

I then have measures that are based on the rows in the table (Satisfy the same slicers).

Is there a way to make a slicer out of the table. That is, the table would give me a list of rows. I could then uncheck manually certain rows. The measures would then be calculated on the checked rows and disregard the unchecked rows.

In other words, is there a way to manually deselect rows out of a list of filtered rows for calculation in measures
