Creating Field_Parameter using another parameter

I would like to create 2 field parameters (parameter_header and parameter_month) and use month value from parameter_month to create parameter_header. I need to have a month slicer and by selecting months i should be able to change column names and the values accordingly. 

By using Parameter field I would like to create following

Hi  @kurcel52 

Your month slicer is dynamic, and your other parameter table is static and cannot be dynamically changed according to your month slicer, if you want another parameter to be affected by the month slicer, you need to consider replacing it with a measure so that it can respond to your month slicer.

In addition, from the pictures you provided, you can't understand your final result, can you provide some sample data or pictures?

So I have created measures to change values and I just want to find way to dynamically change headers together with values as well. As seen below I want headers change together with values but when I use parameter from Month_Parameter in Dynamic_Header_ForMeasures (as in my previous post) , it doesnt have any impact.

Eventually, For ex when I select August,I should be able to filter my Main table for the value -1  AND when i select July value should be -2 (as below). Thats why (as in my prev. post) the measure was 

CPM_Forecast_Table[*Flag_Month(by Forecast_Date)]=SELECTEDVALUE(Month_Parameter[Parameter])-1   for that part. If I can get Parameter from Month_Parameter then problem will be solved. Hope this explanation makes sense.

So separately all works but together it doesnt work.
