Create a Slicer that will filter across multiple columns

Not certain I am 100% understanding the issue here but generally you would want to unpivot your Product columns so that you ended up with a table like:
DealId,Product,Value
a,Product1,1
a,Product2,0
a,Product3,0
a,Product4,1
b,Product1,0
...
