Count number of orders with multible criterias

Hi everybody!

I have difficulties finding the right DAX to fix the issue I have. 

What I need, is a measure that calculates how many orders have both have an orderline with a product linked to the product group "frames" and a product linked to a product group "Single". Both criterias must be fullfilled to count.

I have one ordertable with a order ID, and then linked to a product dimension.
