Count distinct values of a column

In power: when i use distinctcount or distinctcountnoblank functions then im getting the distinct count is 7 but in spotfire its 5 count.... could you please help on this please asap

spotfire CALS:

Power BI dax: tried with many types of dax ways but coudlnt get correct results.  could you please do the needful on this asap, @amitchandak , @VahidDM or anybody else can help on this.

Do you have anything joined to the dataset? I'm showing 5 for the count on my end. Unless what you're saying is the total should be 7?

there is no joinig, only one table is present in power bi file

@Watsky I agreed with your results but in my power bi file its not showing it. In my power bi file its not coming correct count as you got it.
