Cost per Unit Measure

Hello - I would like to create a measure that calculates the line item amount per Truckwashes sold for each month and have struggled to .  The line item measure is:

Net Amt =

CALCULATE(SUM('erbPostedTrxv2'[Debit Amount]) - SUM('erbPostedTrxv2'[Credit Amount]))

The truckwashes sold measure is:

Net Amt for Truckwashes Sold =

CALCULATE(

    [Net Amt],

    'erbPostedTrxv2'[Line Item] IN { "Truckwashes Sold" }

)

Any assistance is appreciated.

@trk26 , Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.

Try like

Net Amt for Truckwashes Sold =
CALCULATE(
[Net Amt],
filter('erbPostedTrxv2', 'erbPostedTrxv2'[Line Item] IN { "Truckwashes Sold" })
)
