Concatenate Text in DIRECT QUERY MODE

Hi All Expert,

Need your help to create measure or add column to concenate text from multiple column (Please note I used direect query mode, it is why i choose measure or add column to solve this case).

Here my table, I call id "redflagsymptoms"

Column A	Column B	Column C	Result when I try to created dax(Please also see my image attached, below only a sample to give you a picture of my issue)
Fever more than 5 days, Rash on student skin, Felt pain when student turn head in all 4 directions	Very sleepy, Mouth very dry Unbearable abdominal (belly, stomach) pain	Swelling or redness in the area of pain, Cough more than 5 days	Fever more than 5 days, Rash on student skin, Felt pain when student turn head in all 4 directions Very sleepy, Mouth very dry Unbearable abdominal (belly, stomach) pain Swelling or redness in the area of pain, Cough more than 5 days

If you see there, there were some delimiter issues, as follows:

1. in one dax, there is blank delimiter
2. in other dax, blank can be ignore.

Please note: the image attached only one of dax that i try to use. but my problem describe in first table, and the expected result in second table.

Create a calculted column
Result= Coumn A & "," & Column B & "," & Column C
