I saw that this question had been already appeared here but still didn't find clear solution for this issue.
I would like to ask if it still not support in power bi and may be you can give me some worksaround?

Are you referring to the definition/description of each column name that is displayed in PBI when the user hovers over the column name in the table visualization?
Sorry about that, based on the current capabilities of Power BI and as of my latest knowledge, your demand is a good idea, while it is not supported to implement in Power BI currently.
Perhaps you can submit an idea for add support with this requirement:
