Card Based on best closer

hello everyone,
i have this visual i made for clarificiation :

i want a card that will dispaly JP because he is ranked number 1
i tried pitting car then closer and then the measure to filter but didnt work

best closing per count= calculate(count(closing rep),allexcept(table,[date],[closing rep]))

 

keep in mind i have date slicer to filter selected dates

Please try:

Closer card =

VAR _t = ADDCOLUMNS(VALUED(table[closers]),"Rank",[your ranking measure])

RETURN

CALCULATE(MAX(table[closers]),FILTER(_t,[Rank] =1))

VAR _t = ADDCOLUMNS(VALUED(table[closers]),"Rank",[your ranking measure])

RETURN

CALCULATE(MAX(table[closers]),FILTER(_t,[Rank] =1))
