Cant 'get ISFiltered measure to work

I want to filter my visual so that, when nothing is selected on a slicer (or anywhere) it will not show any data. Searching around these forums and youtube i implemented the following measure.

Filter Check = INT(ISFILTERED(Base_Dashboard_Com[Fornecedor]))

I've added a test visual with a slicer and a card showing the measure value.

When nothing is selected it reverts to the default of showing all categories, instead of going blank.

What am i doing wrong?
