Cant Figure out a way to calculate

I have the below data for calculation.

I am stuck at a place to get the number of units for the calculation of average call rate.

Let me know if I could explain in detail

I wanted the below calculation

From Unit Details -

In Unit Details Table - In Unit 1 - How many Units are there as per Job ID - That Gives No. of Unit in one Premise

In Call Details Table - In Unit 1 - How many calls have been logged totally over the months

Then I take Call Rate and I do not know how to calculate it

Also, I do not know how to calculate the average call rate
