Calulate Average of Duration

So i calulated the length of stay by doing discharge date - arrival date  and got the column length of stay. I want to do a card that shows the average length of stay in days hours and minutes. what would my measure be in order to calculate the average and display it in a measure on a card.

@chrisdavila , You have to converte to second, average it up and convert to duration again and show
