Calculation of the average for all but one user

Hello, I have one problem. I would like to calculate the average KPI for all employees and then I need to multiply this value by the weight and that will be the resulting value for the team leader. The team leader is also a technician. That's why I have to filter it out during the calculation.

This is true value

But if I use a filter, then I have null in the visual:

Hi @Anonymous
Please try

L1_Teamleader_KPI13_average_user =
CALCULATE (
    AVERAGEX (
        VALUES ( UNAME[uname] ),
        [L1_KPI1] + [L1_KPI2] + [L1_KPI3] + [L1_KPI4] + [L1_KPI5] + [L1_KPI6]
    ),
    UNAME[uname] <> "Andrej Nikolaj"
) * [L1_Teamleader_KPI13_vaha]

@Anonymous Sorry, having trouble following, can you post sample data as text and expected output?
Not really enough information to go on, please first check if your issue is a common issue listed here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/Before-You-Post-Read-This/ba-p/1116882

Also, please see this post regarding How to Get Your Question Answered Quickly: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/How-to-Get-Your-Question-Answered-Quickly/ba-p/38490

The most important parts are:
1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.
