Calculating Cumulative based on Category

I want to Calculate Cumulative for the following data set:

I created following 2 measures:

TotalErrorCount = COUNT(vw_CodeChapters[ErrorDetailID])

Cumulative = 

VAR ThisChapterCount= [TotalErrorCount]

VAR TotalErrorAllChapters = CALCULATE([TotalErrorCount],ALL(vw_CodeChapters[chapters]))

RETURN

CALCULATE(

[TotalErrorCount]

,FILTER(ALL(vw_CodeChapters[chapters]),[TotalErrorCount]>=ThisChapterCount)

)

But, I am getting this as output:

Can you suggest any other measure ?

Cumulatives only work for dates.
