Calculated Measures for Graduates

Hi PowerBI Users/Experts,

I am currently doing a project and i need to find out the potential graduates of student in the academic semester in the year Jan 2023. Jan 2023 is the first semester, and Jan 2024 is second semester in a university year.  I was doing two calculated measures and showing it in a table/matrix. However, the codes does not seem to work. 

Any help is appreciated, thanks.
