Hi All,
Issue: Hiring Rate % By Country, Hiring (in %), By Gender, Business Unit these visuals are not working due to DAX functions, are showing 100% which is incorrect, rest of the functions are working. I have attached files and other information. Please help me this issue. I am not sure why is happeaning.
Data Set : This dummy payroll data (Based Data – transaction table), on the basis of salary credit in employee account, this assume that employee is working, less that employee is consider as leaver/ terminated.
Starter and Leaver Dates: From transaction table, we have fetched unique employee codes and their starter or leaver dates and their employment status.
