Calculate weekly moving average since start dec 2019

I am looking to created a weekly moving average based off of the number of tickets logged in regards to the category it was logged under.

I am using the TicketID's which are like 23451, 26513 etc, so the average from that just doesn't work and I can't seem to count the average of them either.

Any help would be appriciated!
