Calculate cumulative mesure per week

Hello,

I want to sum my measure per week. 

Is it possible to simplify this calcul?

You can create a measure

Cumulative Total = 
var maxDate = MAX('Calendar'[Date])
return CALCULATE([Calcul], REMOVEFILTERS('Calendar'), 'Calendar'[Date] <= maxDate )

that should work at any granularity depending on whether you put month, week or day from the Calendar table into the visual.
