Calculate Data with measure

Hi,

I've tried to choose value (from measure) to multiply with my data but I can't do it

First I have create cumulative data like this

Remark "Year" in row is different from column (Year in row is Underwriting Year in Insurance, Year in Column is Accounting Year)

And then I create measure "Develop factor" [ Column Year/(Column Year - 1) ]

Then I calculate "Average Develop factor" by Accounting Year(Column Year) in header like this

Now I Want to multiple "Average Develop factor" with my data in first pic
for example
Last Data in Row Year 2020 =197,367,734.42 * Average Develop factor in Column Year 2022 = 0.99
=197,367,734.42 * 0.99
Last Data in Row Year 2021 =205,929,963.92 * Average Develop factor in Column Year 2021 & 2022 = 0.89 * 0.99
=205,929,963.92 * 0.89 * 0.99

Is it possible to do like this?
