Calculate Budget depending on Previous Year Budget

Hi Everyone,

I'm facing an issue on which I'm loosing my mind,

Currently, I have one budget for each departement, at the begining, my calculation was pretty easy, I split my budget by 12, so in my chart, I had a constant line

Now, I have a new requirement, I would like to calculate my budget depending on the amount I spent during the last two years

So This is an example:

 Spent%
1.202110004.00%
2.2021300012.00%
3.202115006.00%
4.2021250010.00%
5.202120008.00%
6.2021250010.00%
7.2021300012.00%
8.202110004.00%
9.202118007.20%
10.2021250010.00%
11.202112004.80%
12.2021300012.00%
1.2022250010.00%
2.202215006.00%
3.202210004.00%
4.202220008.00%
5.2022400016.00%
6.202212004.80%
7.2022330013.20%
8.202220008.00%
9.202215006.00%
10.2022300012.00%
11.202215006.00%
12.202215006.00%
1.20232100
2.20232700
3.20231500
4.20232700

For 2023, I have a budget of 30K, so to get the value I have two possible calculation( because my departement did not want the same indicator...)

So for the 1st department, I have to do the following calculation (For January):
= 30000 * ( 3500/50 000) (1500 for 01.2021, 2000 for 01.2022 and 50k is the total of my two years)

So for the 2st deparment, I have to do the following calculation (For January):

=30000* ( 4% + 12%)/2

Any idea of how could I achieve that?

Many thanks for your help 🙂
