Hi Everyone,
I'm facing an issue on which I'm loosing my mind,
Currently, I have one budget for each departement, at the begining, my calculation was pretty easy, I split my budget by 12, so in my chart, I had a constant line
Now, I have a new requirement, I would like to calculate my budget depending on the amount I spent during the last two years
So This is an example:
Spent | % | |
1.2021 | 1000 | 4.00% |
2.2021 | 3000 | 12.00% |
3.2021 | 1500 | 6.00% |
4.2021 | 2500 | 10.00% |
5.2021 | 2000 | 8.00% |
6.2021 | 2500 | 10.00% |
7.2021 | 3000 | 12.00% |
8.2021 | 1000 | 4.00% |
9.2021 | 1800 | 7.20% |
10.2021 | 2500 | 10.00% |
11.2021 | 1200 | 4.80% |
12.2021 | 3000 | 12.00% |
1.2022 | 2500 | 10.00% |
2.2022 | 1500 | 6.00% |
3.2022 | 1000 | 4.00% |
4.2022 | 2000 | 8.00% |
5.2022 | 4000 | 16.00% |
6.2022 | 1200 | 4.80% |
7.2022 | 3300 | 13.20% |
8.2022 | 2000 | 8.00% |
9.2022 | 1500 | 6.00% |
10.2022 | 3000 | 12.00% |
11.2022 | 1500 | 6.00% |
12.2022 | 1500 | 6.00% |
1.2023 | 2100 | |
2.2023 | 2700 | |
3.2023 | 1500 | |
4.2023 | 2700 |
For 2023, I have a budget of 30K, so to get the value I have two possible calculation( because my departement did not want the same indicator...)
So for the 1st department, I have to do the following calculation (For January):
= 30000 * ( 3500/50 000) (1500 for 01.2021, 2000 for 01.2022 and 50k is the total of my two years)
So for the 2st deparment, I have to do the following calculation (For January):
=30000* ( 4% + 12%)/2
Any idea of how could I achieve that?
Many thanks for your help 🙂
