Calculate Attrition YTD from the fiscal month

Hi all,

I have the data below.

Headcount = Running total Joining (From Oct to Sep next year) - Running total Leaving (From Oct to Sep next year)

Attrition - YTD is calculated from Oct to Sep next year.

Please help me to calculate Attrition - YTD on DAX.

@thuthaomis1998 ,

You can use time intelligence

YTD Hire = CALCULATE(Count(Table[Employee]),DATESYTD('Date'[Date],"9/30")) //assume hire date is connecting

YTD Leaving = CALCULATE(CALCULATE(count(Table[Employee]),userelationship('Date'[Date], Table[Leave date]) ),DATESYTD('Date'[Date],"9/30"))
