COUNTIFS in power bi

Hello everyone,

I'm creating a table on my Power BI and I added the following column:

Surveys = CALCULATE(COUNT(CSAT[Score]),FILTER(CSAT,CSAT[Employee] = Quartiles[Employee] && CSAT[Date] >= [Start Date Selected] && CSAT[Date] <= [End Date Selected]))

I'm looking to create like an excel COUNTIFS with the name of the employee and the surveys they have received in between two dates selected in a filter. However, it's not working the way I want to since its giving me the surveys in any period of time of the employees that received surveys between the selected dates. Meaning it's only filtering the employees between those dates but not the surveys. Is there any other way to reach the result I'm looking for?

Difficult to say. You have the basic structure correct, either:

CALCULATE(COUNT(),FILTER()) or COUNTX(FILTER(),[Column])

Would have to see sample data to understand what is going on. Are surveys and employees in the same table? Please see this post regarding How to Get Your Question Answered Quickly: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/How-to-Get-Your-Question-Answered-Quickly/ba-p/38490
