COUNTIF - Add new Column with condition on a measure

Hi

I have a graph which looks at each month and gives a % Pass Rate. The red, yellow and green lines are indicators for threshold (red), target (yellow) and stretch (green) KPI's.

These are my fields below

Column and Line y-axis' are Power BI measures, e.g.

I would like to create a new table/matrix visual which says how many times that the percentage is below the Threshold (97%), Target (98%), Stretch (99%).

i.e. the graph in the first screenshot I would expect to view something like..

I tried to create a new column with a condition, but it won't allow it because the "Pass Rate" is a measure.

Any ideas?

P.S. I am new to Power BI, so need it dumbing down 🙂

Many thanks in advanced.

Hi @Megner Obviosuly, you want count number of months for "selected" / filtered period which shows how many times pass rate was above some threshold.
From your inputs it is not clear design of your model so I could not provide more comments.
