CALCULATE values filter by groups

Hi everyone!

Im struggling with some calculates here. I have a table with every person and each one has to have a percentage defined by the "SUCURSAL" value, not by itself values. The upper table has the correct value that has to be shown in the under table

In the Adicional CSI Measure (down table), i need to have the values that are in z.Adic CSI from the upper table, but somehow the values in the second table are made by person and not by SUCURSAL, like it is done in the upper table.

So for example, every value in the down table that has the sucursal ADROGUE should have 15,2%(z.adic csi from the upper table) in the "Adicional CSI" column.

I am attaching my pbi file if anyone can help me gonna be great, i think i have to group the values by SUCURSAL and not calculate by person but dont know how to do it. This tables are in Pagina 3.
