Averaging Column by day, and then Summing those averages for the week

Trying to average a column for each day, but there are multiple rows for each date. I then need to sum these averages for the week based off a label. The label is "Winter Week 1", which continues through week 8.

I need to show on a graph the weekly sum on the Y axis, and the Week Name and Number on the X-Axis, basically with 8 numbers.

Attached is an example of my table

Hi @SSGUY
Please try

=
SUMX (
    VALUES ( 'Table'[Date] ),
    CALCULATE (
        AVERAGE ( 'Table'[Value] )
    )
)
