Hi,
I am trying to create a chart (line) to show the average open time of my tickets.
E.g. I have 4 tickets and today is 3/17.
Creation Date |
11.03.2020 22:16 |
12.03.2020 22:16 |
14.03.2020 22:16 |
15.03.2020 22:16 |
Additional, I have a date table with the with all the dates from the earliest to the latest Creation date, so 3/11 to 3/15.
How can I create a line chart to display the Average Active days for each day? So, on 3/11 the Avg Active days was 1 day, on 3/12 it was 1.5 days (one with 2 days and one with 1 day). On 3/13, it was 2.5 days (one with 3 days, one with 2 days). On 3/14, it was 2.66 days (one with 4 days, one with 3 days and one with 1 day). On 3/15 it was 3 days (one with 5 days, one with 4 days, one with 2 days and one with 1 days).
How could I create and display this?
Many thanks for your help.
Joerg
Tough to say, seems like there is missing data. Maybe Open Tickets? https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Quick-Measures-Gallery/Open-Tickets/m-p/409364#M147
