Average calculate within table

Hi there,

I have aggregated Table where I need to calculate AVERAGE for a Length of Employment in days (LoE) from:

StartDate (this value is not empty in the column)

EndDate (this value is empty for some)

for each ID (employee ID)

and specific variables for each row separately

PossitionName (string, I need to take into account this row value for the same PositionName in the Table)

Department (string, I need to take into account this row value for the same Department in the Table)

Centre (string, I need to take into account this row value for the same Centre in the Table).

An example:

@jeyare , Based on what I got

A new column = AverageX(filter(Table, [PositionName ] = earlier([PositionName ])  && [Department ] = earlier([Department ])  && [Centre ] = earlier([Centre ]) ), [LOE])
