Good morning everyone!
So i have a problem that's been buging me for a while, I'm trying to calculate the availability of a service between dates. For example, I can make it on excel with the formula =(43200-unavailability)/43200, in this case it will give me the answer for 30 days of availability. I did make a separate formula for each month period, one for 28, 30 and 31 days. But, there are cases where I need to have this information for a especific period like, for 15 days. 13 days and so on.
I have on my table the date which the issue started and ended (with time), and a column that has the unavailability time (keep in mind that the start and end date does not reflect the unavailability since it is trouble ticket).
Can someone give me a light in this matter? I've tried different approachs for this calculation, but got nowhere so far.
Here is an example:
ABERTO = START DATE
FECHADO = END DATE
TEMPO ABERTO = UNAVAILABILITY TIME
TIA!
