Archive function

i want to ask how could i create a new table i will call it archive and then have my all of my other tables that have data to move those data based on passing 10 days from creation date so for example my structure is ASN # , event, Created on date

and lets say i will say that todays date - created on date will give the number of days difference based on that if its more than 10 days ill just have it moved automatically should detect the table by itself this record and push that row of data in my table to the archive table if someone can help with this

HI @ahmad1111,

AFAIK, current power bi does not include historical data feature, so you can't directly achieved archive old data feature in power bi.
I'd like to suggest you setting a batch on data source side to achieve these or export data to a temporary database which include backup features, then you can use power bi get data from this.

Xiaoxin Sheng
