Adding incidence over sales to a PL Matrix hierarchy report

hi All

i have a PL matrix report i create that compares Actual PL results vs Budget PL results

what i am struggling with is that i would like the incidence column (i.e. "ACT Inc %") to be calculated all the times over the total of "Sales" and also be populated for all rows values/subtotals, so that i drill down i can see the incidence at GL description level.

somehow the formula i did create only works  for subtotal at my "AR review" level.

I tried different solution I found online but no one really get me where i want to be.
