Hello!
I am trying to add a section to my PowerBI DAX that will show the number of days an item was open that is now closed - see the below screenshot - but also show the number of days for items still open. Ideally, the number would increase each day the item remains open. It currently shows 'Blank' for items still open.
Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

Hi @nrjunk ,
@lbendlin , thanks for your concern about this case. please allow me to provide another insight:
You can try the following DAX:
DaysOpen =
IF(
[Remediation Completed Date]=BLANK(),
DATEDIFF(
[Date Registered],TODAY(),DAY),
DATEDIFF(
[Date Registered],[Remediation Completed Date],DAY))
If it doesn't meet your desired outcome, can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data. We can better understand the problem and help you
Best Regards,
Liu Yang
