Obviously, column 'Shared ...'[Month] used in TOTALQTD isn't of type Date.

Thanks to the great efforts by MS engineers to simplify syntax of DAX! Most beginners are SUCCESSFULLY MISLED to think that they could easily master DAX; but it turns out that the intricacy of the most frequently used RANKX() is still way beyond their comprehension!

DAX is simple, but NOT EASY!

Hi @Anonymous

I'd kindly suggest that you stop using the quick measures as they are sub-optimal and many a time promote bad coding from which people "learn" (hence, also, their limitations and performance issues). Instead, you should try to write your own versions using the right techniques and applying Best Practices. If in doubt, you can always post a question to these forums.
