text intensive data

I am trying to create a dashboard on audit findings data for my company. the data is very text intensive as the findings can be quite wordy. Besides table format, any idea how to visualise the data (description of audit findings, recommendation, management response, etc)?

hmm those 2 visuals only tells me the data within my sheet. i would like to have a more effective visual/method to display my audit findings info which are text intensive.
