i want to make a line chart of speed limit detected vs the actual speed limit

I've been struggling for days to create a plot similar to this and haven't made much progress. Would anyone be able to offer any assistance?

Your data is a bit too detailed for this.  Seems to be missing a location column, or some other grouping mechanism.

still no good.  You will need to be more specific on what exactly you want to analyze. different spread depending on location or time of day?
