how to replace image url tooltip with certain word?

i'm newbie for BI and now stuck with tooltip over image URL.  Now it displays as its URL but I want to make change this to specific word.  For example, hover image should display 'Bug' tooltip instead of its image URL.  How can I make this change?

you cannot change these default tooltips.
